BUILT AROUND COMMUNITY
No Gimmicks was created to build something different for Salisbury’s dance music scene.
What started as a small collective of DJs and music lovers quickly grew into a regular platform for open decks, club nights and community driven events supporting local talent across the city.
Over the last 2 years No Gimmicks has hosted monthly events including All Hands On Decks, Open Decks, Beats n Eats and special themed nights spanning across House, Disco, D&B, Garage, Techno and Vinyl culture.
The focus has always remained the same:Â
NO EGO. NO GATEKEEPING. JUST MUSIC.

A veteran of Salisbury’s club scene for over two decades. Steve’s energetic blend of funky, progressive and tech house has powered dancefloors across legendary venues and festivals.

A lifelong music enthusiast whose journey began in the early days of Hip Hop, Electro and the Second Summer Of love. From Vinyl roots to modern digital and VR DJing, Glyn continues to push the scene forward.

Known for high-energy house sets that move between deep grooves and uplifting piano-driven house. A recognised face within Salisbury’s dance scene and No Gimmicks resident.
